CP Sport are hosting a ‘Have a Go Athletics Day’ on Sunday 19th September in Coventry.
The event is for anyone with a physical disability of all ages and abilities, and will be an opportunity to try out a variety of athletics disciplines in a fun and safe environment. Experienced coaches will guide participants through each discipline.
There will be a mixture of track and field athletics to try including Frame Running, jumps and throws. Participants don’t need to bring any equipment, just lots of enthusiasm!
The event will take place at the Coventry Athletics Track from 10.30am to 2.30pm on the 19th September. Registration in advance is required.
