Our 20th year has been a busy year with the launch of a new website, shop and a re-brand – a great way to celebrate CP Sport’s 20th Anniversary year. We finished the year with our annual awards with 75 guests attending virtually. Read more about our award winners here:
We hope you have been able to enjoy some of the many events and services we have held over the year. In 2021 we have been proud to deliver:
  • 70 frame hires (for football and frame running) to use at home
  • 38 virtual social cafes
  • 17 online fitness sessions
  • 13 workshop and training sessions
  • 5 ‘Back in the Game’ virtual football catch ups
  • 2 ‘in person’ athletics events

964 guests attended and took part in events in total and we had 79 volunteers helping including many of our ambassadors being guest speakers at virtual cafes. We could not run our events without the support of our volunteers.

Thank you to our partners and fundraisers who have supported us this year.

2022 will be another fun packed year for CP Sport and we’ll be working regionally to build up more local offers. CP Awareness month in March will see the launch of the new CP Sport strategy ‘Play, Participate, Enjoy’ and we will continue to provide as many opportunities as possible for people with cerebral palsy to be active and get involved in sport – no matter age, background or location.
Have a safe and happy Christmas.
